One Stipend Request

When every school sends stipend requests its own way, the same details get typed over and over, and requests stall when the description of the work is missing. Here every school uses the same form, and a request can't go in until it's complete.

  1. Fill in the request form as if you were a principal. Leave something blank and see what it asks for.
  2. Submit it. It shows up under "Where every request stands," with who it's waiting on.
  3. Press "Next step" on any request to see the payroll row, the agreement and the note the teacher gets at each point.

Everything filled in here is made up: schools, people, ID numbers and amounts. Use made-up names and ID numbers if you try it. The stipend types and rules are a draft for leadership to confirm. What you type stays on this computer, in this browser. It is never sent to us or anyone else. Clearing your browser history erases it.

This doesn't clear requests already waiting. It doesn't set what managing directors check before they approve, and it doesn't set stipend amounts. Those come next.

What they'll do, how often, and for which students or team. At least a full sentence.

Which budget pays

Who gets it

Add everyone doing the same work for the same pay. One request, not one form per person.

Is it a stipend?

All four have to be true. These four rules and the stipend types are a draft for leadership to confirm.
